Transcription Process
The Selectronic Transcription Process
The dictations to be transcribed are received from the customer via
satellite through dedicated leased lines, collected from FTP sites or using
any other appropriate network. A Medical transcriptionist first transcribes
the files. All transcribed files are then 100% checked by certified quality
assurance professionals for accuracy. More than 25% of transcribed files are
then rechecked at random by the second level Quality Assurance team which
includes qualified doctors. The transcribed files are sent back to the US as
MS Word files after the final checks are completed.
