All transcribed files are 100% checked by certified Quality Assurance
professionals for accuracy. More than 25% of transcribed files are then
rechecked at random by the second level Quality Assurance team, which
includes qualified doctors. The transcribed files are sent back to the US
as MS Word files after the final checks are completed.
