Data Security        

All medical data (dictation, transcription)  is managed through our Workflow Management System . This system  runs on a secure server which encrypts all data communication between your computer and our server. This means, anyone intercepting any data while it is being transferred from our server to your computer could not interpret or decode this data. 

To access any data from our system , a valid user name and password is required. Our systems allows you to change your password as often as you wish. We suggest that you change your password at least once every three months.

A “Virtual Private Network” is created during transmission.
Electronic security insures that information can not be sent/printed by coders and can only be saved to network drives.
All employees are bound by enforceable non-disclosure agreements.
All data is electronically shredded when jobs are completed. Physical drives can be shredded if negotiated in advance.
