The company is headed by Mr. Veer Sagar, a well-known figure in the information technology industry, and is managed by a team of well-trained and dedicated professionals. Since its inception in February 1997, the company has grown into a 100-person organization. The company has to date successfully transcribed more than 25 million lines for US hospitals and medical centers. The dictations to be transcribed are received from the customer via satellite through dedicated leased lines, collected from FTP sites or using any other appropriate network. A Medical transcriptionist first transcribes the files, all transcribed files are then 100% checked by certified quality assurance professionals for accuracy. More than 25% of transcribed files are then rechecked at random by the second level Quality Assurance team which includes qualified doctors. The transcribed files are sent back to the US as MS Word files after the final checks are completed.
